Get to Know Me
Charlene Sumo, Realtor is a native of Fairfield County, Connecticut. She is a first-generation Trini-
American who relocated to Atlanta in 2000. Her skillsets REALTOR and Property Manager has enabled her to work with a diversity of clientele from first time home buyers, veterans, investors, renters, luxury lifestyle, those on their third plus home
purchase, and commercial space. The ability to offer concierge services to those clients relocating from
the Northeast, Midwest, California and anywhere in between. Her ability to relate ensures she builds a
strong rapport and relationship with each client. She is determined, a breath of sunshine with a very can-
do attitude, while continuing to create a substantial repeat and referral business.
Concierge services can mean different things to various people, but with Charlene collaborating with you
on the journey for homeownership, her knowledge of your needs, style and requirements will enable her
to find that special home for you even if you can’t physically be present for your home search. She has
done so for clients that have entrusted her to find the home and literally just show up at closing. Her
philosophy is based on a simple belief that both sellers and buyers should always walk away from the
closing table in a win-win situation.
Her persistence in saving the deal requires a willingness’ to solve a problem in new construction or resale within any market.
On a personal note, Charlene is a wife and mother of two very active boys and is very involved in the PTA
& PTO at her children’s schools and after school activities of football, wrestling and track. As to those
responsibilities, she is also very involved as a Vice President in the HOA (Home Owners Association) of
her subdivision . Charlene and her family enjoy traveling, sports, and living life.
